Terms of sale

These terms and conditions of sale govern sales of equipment made through Double-Link's online shop. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

1. Seller

2. Products

The products offered are Fotric thermal and acoustic imaging devices, whose essential characteristics are described on each product page. Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance only and are not contractual. Offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (incl. French VAT). They do not include any delivery charges, which are shown before the order is confirmed. Double-Link reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applied is the one in force when the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

An order is placed by selecting a product and proceeding to online payment. The sale is final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation e-mail summarising the order is sent to the buyer. Double-Link reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud or unavailability.

5. Payment

Payment is made by bank card through the secure provider Stripe. Card data is processed directly by Stripe and never stored by Double-Link. The order is charged upon confirmation and processed only after effective payment authorisation.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery times and charges are stated at the time of the order or communicated by our team. Times are indicative; a reasonable delay does not give rise to compensation. Risk transfers upon handover of the products.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer buyer has fourteen (14) days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons. Products must be returned complete, in their original condition and packaging, to the address provided by our team; return costs are borne by the buyer. Reimbursement is made within fourteen (14) days of recovery of the product. For professional buyers, terms are agreed mutually.

8. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under French law, as well as, where applicable, the commercial warranty of the manufacturer Fotric. Any warranty claim may be sent to [email protected].

9. Retention of title

Products remain the property of Double-Link until full payment of their price.

10. Personal data

Data collected when placing an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy and the GDPR.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, a consumer buyer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have sole jurisdiction. For any claim, write to [email protected].
